Report: December 3
You know the drill! We started things off by getting all our resources offloaded at Bicknell, and definitely made room for a little Dunkin’ too (it’s getting cold out here y’know…)
These tree deliveries then move to plantings and limited canvassing operations by our partner Louisville Grows in the surrounding neighborhoods.
Part of that supply shipment was a massive load of dirt, and this was then transferred to the Watterson so that we can give these trees a cozy place to call home!
Our partners at Hyphae Design Lab joined us in the field to link up with GS2 leadership and the planting team from Carl Ray Nursery. Everything is on schedule and looking like it’s moving faster than we anticipated!
Nearly 3000 tress have been planted so far and we’re well on our way to our goal of 9000!
